Trivial observations

I have a statistics button on my site. Every once in awhile I blink it to check who is reading it. I usually only get the map, so I can see if the US readers are from my relatives' cities. Presumably I can find more information than that, but never bothered. If I really wanted to do that, I'd ask my grandson Luke, who knows how to do such things.

So we find this amusing search at LGF...

Presumably the bozo sending death threats was unaware that these things could be traced...

Trivia news two: The Euston Manifesto is now up. Normblog has information...
Essentially it is a pro civil rights pro Iraq liberation liberal manifesto...sort of like Tony Blair rather than Bush, who is economically conservative.
No, it wasn't thought up over beers in a pub, but discussed by bloggers in pajamas.

I dislike socialism, but when the middle class entrepeneurs and up and coming middle class are kept down by an oligarchy, you need a FDR -- or maybe a Teddy Roosevelt-- philosophy to keep power balanced by breaking up monopolies...
