This is a serious battle, and much more important that the news is making out. My guess is that most media have little idea of the consequences or magnitude of the Battle for Baqubah, and so it's slipping by.

The IHT (NYTIMES EUROPE) already says it's a failure, citing a recent car bomb at a mosque.

So I guess the recent bus bombings in the Philippines prove the war here is a failure?

It's to stop the Meth labs, of course.
My way to stop the drug use epidemic is to have preachers preach against such use. But in Oklahoma, only the Assembly of God church had an active outreach to help addicts. The Catholic church sponsored AA...and never preached against drug/alcohol abuse...
