Sewage. not terror?

The Manila Times has a technical post about how it was sewage that set off a diesel explosion causing the Glorietta Mall explosion.

I'll wait and see what the science/engineering blogs say.

It's sort of like the Flight 800 controversy: in some ways, an exploding fuel tank suggests more danger to the average person than a simple terror attack..
