Use a public park to blaspheme Jesus, and it's apparantly legal.

While the rhetoric that wants to roll back Bush's tax cut implies that those earning $100 000 a year are "rich", the elephant in the living room is the tax fraud by the superrich who use offshore bank accounts...costing the US up to $100 billion a year...
