Bad news: Mudslides in Mexico. And the floods in Pakistan are not only there: India is affected, and isolated areas of Afghanistan may have a famine this winter.

Here in the Philippines, it has been drier than normal...we may have to import rice again (and hopefully this time it will go to the poor, not rot in warehouses)
