Family is back from Manila at 3 am...I'm waiting to talk to them to see how the play went.
I went to 530 am mass...they have the large palm Sunday procession after mass with the float of Jesus on a donkey and everyone following it carrying their palms singing hymns.
however, by the time I reached church at 525 there were no seats, it was hot and crowded, and I gave up around the time they read the gospel (they read the entire passion on Palm Sunday mass).
never mind: it's the thought that counts, and fainting/vomiting in church is not a good idea.
