Happy Thanksgiving

No, we don't usually celebrate Thanksgiving here.

One year we bought two turkeys to cook for a family feast. We often buy poultry live when we have parties, because it is cheaper and because you can be sure it is fresh.

So we had two turkeys, but didn't realize they could jump over the fence... we found one but the other was probably liberated and eaten...

which is probably just as well, since we don' t have an oven (only a small toaster oven for sanwiches) and have to roast it over an open fire.
