As I have pointed out before, the problem is the idea that you are allowed to kill your enemy...so politicians kill rivals, businessmen kill rivals, NPA kills politicians and businessmen and those who left the NPA, Army kills NPA and "extrajudicial killers" kill those supporting the NPA. List them all, and listen to the bishops: Thou shalt not kill.
