Somalia vs Somaliland

....

a comment on FReeREpublic explains:

Because of the wretched Ilhan Omar, Tim Walz and the Democrats 3rd-world import welfare scam, we’ve all been forced to learn Somali tribal politics.

Jacob Frey actually won his recent election against Omar Fateh, because he made a point of getting the tribal vote of Somaliland Isaaq tribe migrants in MSP. Somaliland Isaaq tribesmen hate the Ilhan Omar clan - and her in particular, given her father’s connections to the dictator Mohammed Siad Barre, who tried to wipe Somaliland its tribe off the map. Recognizing Somaliland also helps Israel create a wedge against the influence of Omar in the United States too

more background from this Indian news program from five months ago:

I also am waiting for the press to recognize that many of the Somali resettled in Maine are not Somali tribal members but descended from their Bantu Slaves whose ancestors were kidnapped in the 19th century to work on their farms.

the three dimensional chess board in Greenland

Hannibal is often portrayed as the greatest general in history. But do you know how he was defeated?

By going behind him to destroy his supplies and reinforcement, so for 15 years all he could do is terrorize the locals in Italy wandering around stealing their food etc.

And he was finally stopped when Scipio Africanus invaded North Africa.  . And no, those terrible elephants which was their superweapon, didn''t work. (or maybe not).

so why am I pointing this out?

Because China is weaponizing against a weak Europe (and Canada) in many ways:

and Trumpieboy is hitting them at their periphery so they can't exploit Latin America (stopping China from taking over Venezuelan oil and rare earth metals, and giving a headsup to other countries where there is already resentment against Chinese tactics of lending them aid and then taking over the projects when the loans are not repaid: i.e. exploitation worse than the Yankees, sort of like better the devil you know than the devil you don't know).

and now by publicizing the importance of Greenland, Trump is giving a headsup about China trying to use their economic stranglehold by usual means to take over that land's wealth (build stuff by importing their own workforce, and then take over the ports/resources when the country can't pay them back).

This is the geostrategy behind Trumpiboy's moves.

I may not like it, but we see how weakness shown by PNoy and Obama allowed China to take over the West Philippine sea, build and weaponize shoals into artificial islands which have the ability to block shipping and the internet that goes through this area.

Someone said Trump plays three dimensional chess, a term that refers to the game popularized by StarTrek and as Wikipedia notes it that term is now used to describe geopolitical moves:

The expression "three-dimensional chess" is sometimes used as a colloquial metaphor to describe complex, dynamic systems with many competing entities and interests, including politics, diplomacy and warfare. To describe an individual as "playing three-dimensional chess" implies a higher-order understanding and mastery of the system beyond the comprehension of their peers or ordinary observers, who are implied to be playing "regular chess"

Factoid of the day

There are 1100 Filipino OFW in Greenland, the largest number of outsiders after Denmark.

And although the Philippines is keeping an eye on them, there are no plans to help them leave.

Seeking hackers, AI robots, and farmers

I just finished reading the Widow, a best selling crime novel where a lawyer hires some criminal hackers to find who poisoned his client.

The irony is that there are supposed to be a lot of privacy laws that would stop a legal search for such things: But hey Comey and Biden and Obama and Hillary all managed to get around these legal barriers to spy on Trumpieboy's campaign to get information on what he was planning to do (similar to the Watergate burglers, but on steroids). And of course we know that these people will never be prosecuted.

Well anyway it's not just campaign stuff: The coverup of a Trump assassin's presence on line is being found and that is what this is
 about:

I had to laugh at the part where they say Trumpieboy didn't seem upset about it. I doubt that, but maybe he's too busy saving the world. Sort of like the same reason he's ignoring the psy op on Epstein files.

As for Trump's latest: Making pals with the Saudis etc will help make peace in Gaza, but the speech by Musk scares me:

I doubt his robots will replace the farmers. We are only partly mechanized, but if you watch Clarkson's farm you can see the complications of being a farmer.

And all it would take is a solar flare or a minor problem with the internet or electrical grid to make the world fall apart.

Sort of like how Cloudflare crashed X and a lot of other sites yesterday.

Speaking of farmers: One of our farmér's daughters just died of bone cancer. A sad case.

Give Peace a chance, take eight.

You would think that the UN resolution  to make peace in Gaza would get headlines, but in most of the news is is the second or third headline.

BBC puts it below two posts on AI stuff.

The UN Security Council has voted in favour of a US-drafted resolution that endorses US President Donald Trump's 20-point plan for Gaza.
Included in the plan is the establishment of an International Stabilisation Force (ISF), to which, the US says, multiple unnamed countries have offered to contribute.
The resolution was backed by 13 countries - including the UK, France and Somalia - with none voting against the proposal. Russia and China abstained. Adopting it was an "important step in the consolidation of the ceasefire", a spokesperson for UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said.
Hamas has rejected the resolution, saying it fails to meet Palestinians' rights and demands.

....... Bit Hamas of course doesn't want peace: They want their soldiers to stay in charge. And ironically the usually pro Hamas AlJ posted a photo of their thugs to emphasize the story.

HotAir, a right wing opinion site, explains:

What this vote really sets up the next part of this plan, which is the creation of a security force designed to enter Gaza and disarm Hamas. but Israel has also complained about some of the language in the framework adopted today.

well, they have been trying to make peace in the areas for 70 years, and it always fell apart because of the extremists. Heck, even Netanyahu is trying to stop his rabid settlers from burning down mosques and terrorizing folk in the West Bank, so not all of Israel's arrests and violence are self defense.

But hey, maybe this time it will work. But I won't hold my breath...

more on my Makaipablog. And strategy page has a summary of Islamic and tribal terrorism (which often is now being influenced by ISIS etc) in Africa. headlines miss the point

Much of the hate being spewed out on X by supposedly normal professionals against Charlie Kirk assume he was preaching hate.

But I suspect they are not listening to him, but the propaganda that put out a straw man for them to hate.

Here is a discussion by Raymone Arroyo:

....and I found this on x:

After the discussion of American politics, they go on to discuss how some in the Vatican were surrendering the church to China. This is a big scandal.

Will Pope Leo stop those who are breaking not only Catholic dogma but Biblical based beliefs that are about living a righteous life and the importance of the family. (something that is more important in poorer countries than the west, because it is the family, not the state, who care for the weak, the old, the sick, and children).

This is not anti left because the liberation of women from the family is looked on as a good thing for business, who now have women as employees: Women, like migrants, work harder for a lower wage so is cost effective.

Ah, but who cares for the children?

If the woke reformers manage to take over the Catholic church, especially they will be able to undermine the idea of logic, science, human rights etc that is part and parcel of Catholicism.

the western media ignored how peaceful Chrsitian protests brought down the iron curtain or that many of those promoting human rights and democracy all over the world are inspired by the Christian ethic: One example, Jimmy Lai:

And if the Catholic church falls, other churches will not stand but be able to be pushed to the sidelines as if their voices are quaint (or more likely hateful).

Sigh.

Freedom of the seas: Shipping matters

Austin Bey has an article about the Houthis and the issue of freedom of the seas.

So careful shipping companies divert and take the long route between Europe and the Indian Ocean, going south around Africa's Cape of Good Hope (South Africa). That route can add three weeks to transit time of a tanker sailing from Saudi Arabia to Rotterdam.

But he misses a few points: By blocking the Red sea entrance to the Suez canal they are hurting Egypt more than Israel... and by blocking shipping from the east (read China) they are adversely affecting the price of Chinese goods in Europe.

and then there is the danger of Chinese companies contracted to run the Panama canal. The dirty little secret is that all Chinese companies obey their government and could result in their closing down the canal, either by fiat or by a convenient accident...

Communist China values maritime chokepoints, economically and militarily. China's Panama Canal gambit is illustrative. The Chinese-owned company that owned port facilities on the Pacific and Atlantic ends of the canal recently sold its ports to an American-led investment group. Beijing is allegedly angry — has Beijing lost its ability to deny America use of the Canal? We shall see how this evolves since the Trump administration insists on canal security.

finally, not mentioned: The artificial islands in the West Philippine sea (put there because Obama refused to help president Aquino stop them, but insisted we take them to court, and although we won no one bothered to obey the court).

If China takes over Taiwan, that really gives China the ability to blcok shipping from Asia to the US.

let the masters run the world

when democracy means Oligarchy? video explains: start at 29 as he notes the international institutions are learning to cooperate to make a decent world...

I am familiar with the concept from taking a course in diplomacy in Africa during college. Without these institutions we ended up with World War I because no one was talking to each other.

On the other hand, he then talks about the NGOs who are now doing this stuff with money from the Governments or rich guys.

Factoid: Rappler was founded by Omidyar money to oppose Duterte.  (Omidyar money also helped manipulate the press to overthrow the pro Russian president of the Ukraine)...And when this was pointed out as illegal, she pushed the idea she was a martyr and given a nobel peace prize.

That is the backstory. The CIA was worried that Duterte would make nice with China. Duterte hated the CIA for their connection with one drug lord they got out of a jail where he was mayor. But Gloria tried to make nice with China but the free press here caught her in time, but hey she went to Georgetown with Bill Clinton.

True China has lots of propaganda too. So does Russia. But when the US lies and gets caught, they simply increase the willingness of people to listen to the bad guys, and since there is no equivalent of twitter they can get away with lies more successfully.

I have a rosary and I know how to use it

A million FIlipinos praying the rosary blocked Marcos'thugs from arresting General Ramos, who decided the army should back Tita Corey who won the election. And the sight of the demonstrations persuaded President Regan to tell Marcos he would not get US backing for stealing the election and it was time for him to go.

But such things won't happen today, would it? Especially in today's secular world of tictoc and gay pride.

so why do I read this headline:ROSARY BANNED IN PUBLIC IN SPAIN AHEAD OF EURO ELECTION

Spain’s Socialist government has sensationally BANNED the public saying of the Rosary in Madrid ahead of the European Elections.
Pedro Sanchez’s government has told the organisers of the daily Rosary in Madrid that they will not be allowed to gather in the city on June 8th of June 9th due to a ‘day of reflection’ and the election day.
It comes after already fining its leader thousands for praying in public.
Catholics have said that they will defy the order.

WTF?

Background can be read in this EWTN article from last December:

Growing numbers of Catholics continue to defy Spain’s socialist government by publicly praying the rosary for the country as it faces spiritual, political, and economic turbulence that a pro-life lawyer says stems from a crisis in values and clear persecution against the Catholic Church.

and there are political inspirations behind some of the rallies:

Rosary rallies in the country have coincided with large-scale protests against an amnesty law that the government offered to socialists and communists for the failed 2017 bid by Catalonia to secede from the rest of Spain.

The Catholic news agency, in Dec 23, has more background.

other gatherings of Christians who oppose governments include rosary rallies in Ireland, (anti EU policies being pushed on that country among other things), a huge pilgrimage in France, Evangelical Christians protesting the corrupt socialists government in Brazil, and even numerous Eucharistic processions in the USA promoting revival.

No, I don't know if such things are increasing or would have any influence on the world which seems going to hell, but like the drip drip drip of water, it could.

Which explains why the FBI had Catholics on their radar for possible threats, and why peaceful abortion protesters in the USA have been sentenced to jail under the FACE act, that specifically bans pro life protests.\\\

manipulating revolutions

a follow up from a post I did a few days ago about CIA corruption and what seemed to be getting funding to manipulate the news to destroy Duterte, who hated drugs and hated the CIA who got one of their drug dealing patsies out of jail when he was mayor in Davao. But, as the saying goes: What is good for the goose is good for the gander.

So are the same puppet masters manipulating the press in the USA for the next election?

full article at City Journal:

The West’s favored methods of supporting Color Revolutions include fomenting dissent, organizing activists through social media, promoting student movements, and unleashing domestic unrest on the streets.... The summer of rioting following the death of George Floyd, which ushered in the new DEI regime, was in many ways a domestic Color Revolution, advanced by progressive NGOs, media entities, and political actors.
A minor figure in these movements, a woman named Katherine Maher, has recently come to greater prominence. Maher was involved in the wave of Color Revolutions that took place in North Africa in the 2010s, and she supported the post-George Floyd upheavals in the United States in the 2020s. She was also the CEO of the Wikimedia Foundation, which runs the online encyclopedia Wikipedia, and was just recently named the new CEO of National Public Radio.
At NPR, Maher has already been embroiled in controversy. Longtime editor Uri Berliner, who has now resigned, accused her of left-wing bias and suppressing dissent. Following these accusations, I did extensive reporting demonstrating that Maher has a troubling history of arguing against the notion of objective truth and supporting censorship in the name of democracy.

Ironically, such interference was supposed to be by the right wing in the CIA, but apparently now it is the progressive deep state doing these things.

Sigh.

headsup instapundit.

..............................

I don't feel like making another post, but here is a discussion about other bad guys who want to change the world. But instead of the American plan, which essentially puts friendly governments in place, the Chinese want to steal everything in site and take the place over (and believe me, the Chinese are a lot more racist than the Yanks):

Deceit from Pope Francis minions? Say it isn't so

synodality?

I saw this type of manipulation in medical school, where we had encounter groups supposed to let us communicate but actually a way to try to persuade us to agree with the leader's agenda.

Apparently Francis is doing the same thing, but what was pointed out by the radical trads in the past and a lot of us who are not radical trads but cynics are now being discussed openly.

and if this report is true, a lot of those attending the meetings are not falling for the pretend agenda. Why do I say pretend? Because the decisions are already made, and the latest blessing of sin might have been released because those attending these meeting just weren't playing along.

Why should this be important news? Even if one does not believe the idea of God being the guy behind the scenes but only on a secular level, it means controlling the church's institutions: Hospitals, universities, schools etc.

it also has geopolitical implications: the pushing of liberation theology got a lot of MSM praise in the 1970s when missionaries were pushing uprisings by communists and shipping weapons to theses groups (a friend told me about this). But in reality, the locals who disliked the oligarchy running the government were being bullied by these groups, and one way they spoke with their feet was that they became good protestants.

in Latin America, this huge increase in Protestantism is influencing elections, and as Francis continues to dismantle the Catholic church from a religion into a social network for left wing groups, you will see this trend continuing.

One article the other day noted that Israel is now getting backed by some countries in South America because Protestant theology is sympathetic to Israel.

Newstyle war: Drones and cluster bombs

I usually don't follow the Ukraine war because there is so much fog of war out there you don't know what to believe, although I do trust StrategyPage analysis on what is going on...

many of their articles are about the social backgroud for what is going on, such as their latest one about the Ukaine war affecting world food prices.

this article implies that the military industrial complex is using the war to test their newest weapons. Or maybe I am just being paranoid.

But I also follow AlJ news and today ran into two tweets:

One, they note Russian drones are hitting the Ukraine.

when I see drones, I think of the quad drones you can buy in department stores, and the variations of toy airplanes that  you could fly around with radio controls that we played with 50 years ago.

but now I am reading about kamikazi drones, and even cheap cardboard drones.

BBC article from Feb 2022 discusses the various drones in warfare.

Strategypage article from Aug 2022.

 Wikipedia article here.

of course they have civilian uses too:

Heh. I don't think that this has reached our rural area yet, although delivery of all sorts of stuff via motorcycle messanger is routine since Covid hit.

but Pizza delivery by drone reminds me of an old story where some terrorists in the southern Philippines had their hideout found (and bombed) after they ordered a pizza delivery.

Another story that ALJ tweetd today was about Russians using cluster bombs.

Cluster bombs? I seem to remember a big outcry when Biden released some for the Ukraine to use, but was not aware that Russia was already using them too.

and unlike drones, I don't know of any civilian uses for cluster bombs

Sigh.

update:

Discussion of drone use by thugs and criminals.

“The significance of the institutionalization of weaponized aerial drones by criminal armed groups… can as a result present a more profound threat to the state and its security forces,” John P. Sullivan, researcher at C/O Futures, told The Daily Beast. “Future potentials might include targeting law enforcement and customs and border patrol officials on the frontier,” Sullivan said.

and then there is this article discussing Israel's use of new anti drone tech

Migrant problem in Panama? psst it is also the fertilizer (and the US Navy)

Michael Yon discusses the Darien gap in Panama where the illegal immigrants enter a trail to go to enter the USA illegally.

But there is more about this: Notice he mentions the fertilizer and therefore food prices are affected by the drought that is making it hard to go through the Panama canal.

And all these immigrants are destablizing Colombia and Central America.

No one is talking about who is funding this migration: The drug cartels are benefitting of course by running people smuggling, but now the deluge is getting worse, and many of these countries along the pipeline are being destablized by the deluge... Venezuela's leftist government led to a huge influx of refugees into Colombia and Brazil and now those two countries voted in marxist governments who think nothing of throwing out these refugees to head north.

and of coures, the so called drought is slowing the transit of ships going through the Panama canal (which is now essentially run by a Chinese company) slower than normal.

this has implications not just of the supply chain being slowed down, but a major threat to freedom of the seas because it could block the US Navy and US shipping from going through the Panama canal.

.............,

and the global food problem is one of the big reasons that people want to migrate.

But a lot of the fertilizer/food problem is artificial.] there is green pressure against fracking, so the US no longer is a major exporter of NPG thanks to Joe Biden's green policies. The man made war in the Ukraine is making things worse of course. And there is international pressure to "transition"fertilizer use to less polluting ways to fertilize the soil, never mind that this will cut the ability to grow food.

oh well.

Too complicated for me.

But none of this seems to be mentioned in the US MSM, so the complicated solutions are not going to be discussed.

Indeed, until Texas startes bussing the migrants to northern cities the entire deluge of refugees was ignored.

and as I noted in a previous report on the Rohingye, the problem is world wide: And often has more to do with corruption and politics than with hunger.

SpaceX changing the price of space exploration and telecommunication

while the woke are attempting to destroy STEM, and the trust in the medical system has fallen due to it's it's willingness to push propaganda, and pushing inaccurate information while censoring those who wanted to discuss problems, it is nice to see some science is still working.

So the European Space Agency has had SpaceX launch it's satellite to examine the puzzle of dark matter and dark energy..

.Euclid will observe billions of galaxies out to 10 billion light-years to create the largest, most accurate 3D map of the Universe, with the third dimension representing time itself. This detailed chart of the shape, position and movement of galaxies will reveal how matter is distributed across immense distances and how the expansion of the Universe has evolved over cosmic history, enabling astronomers to infer the properties of dark energy and dark matter.

This is about theoretical science, but not all space projects are an esoteric exploration of God's universe:

in mid June, SpaceX launched a telecommunications satellite for Indonesia. LINK

this satellite will be in a stable orbit and allow internet communication in rural areas of that country. This seems to be similar to the internet satellite (and TV satellite) systems we used years ago when we lived in isolated area on Indian reservations.

The satellite will occupy the orbital slot above Indonesia's eastern Papua region. It has a throughput capacity of 150 gigabytes per second and will provide internet access to 50,000 public service points, the Indonesian government said. The project is a public-private partnership between the government and Indonesian satellite service provider PT Satelit Nusantara Tiga.

StrategyPage has a short essay about this satellite launch and about how SPACEX, with it's reusable rockets, has lowered the price of launching satellites......

The less expensive SpaceX SLV launches have made it possible to put a lot more of these communications satellites in orbit over areas with little or no affordable communications services, including broadcast video as well as Internet service.

One big difference since we moved here is the availability of telecommunications: everyone has smart phones (using cellphone towers) and  all the kids are able to use the internet.

We are still on wired intenet by PLDT, but Huawei is putting up 5G towers all over the place (Kuya turned them down when they wanted to put them on our rice land) but Joy has a Huawei internet connection for her business.  So far, China  don't have a monopoly but you can see the problem if half our internet coverage is being run by China who could hack it or shut it down in case of war or just to pressure us not to complain about their stealing our resources in the West Philippine Sea.

Back in 2006, the internet cables that go by Taiwan got cut by an earthquake . So if China decides to cut internet cables to isolate Taiwan (something they have already started to do.) this could isolate the Philippines. It could be just one more way to pressure the Philippines not to let the US/Japan/Australia/Korea use the Philippines in their fight to stop Chinese  aggression in East Asia.

(and not just internet: some local solons worry they could hack and shut down our electric grid too.).

the newer internet Starlink is going to be available in the Philippines in the near future also. Which is nice in case the infrastructure starts blowing up (from war, sabotage, earthquakes, volcanos, or typhoons)

Sunday, May 21, 2023

That's a nice power grid you got... it''d be a shame if something bad happens to it

Right now I am watching an ANC talk show discussing that China pretty well runs the electric grid here. They are wondering why why there has been a lot of brownouts recently.

The franchise ends 2058 and they are discussingif the gov't can get out of the agreement because of all the brownouts recently. The alternative is to have the gov't run the electric grid, as they did in the past.

the problem? China owns a large percentage  of the franchise, the rest being owned by local businessmen

GMANEWS:

The 40 percent ownership of State Grid Corporation of China in the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) won’t pose a national security threat, the NGCP assistant corporate secretary told the Senate energy committee Wednesday.

.

Watch the whole thing.

Wikipedia on the franchise.

and a lot of senators (May 21 2023) want Chinese investors to be removed from owning the power grid.

the power company says no threat at all, and insists that the technicians running the grid are local Filipinos.

Problem? the manuals on how to do this are written in Chinese. (other reports say no, they have been translated into English or tagalog).

And although the corporation insists that China couldn't turn off the grid remotely, reports from a few years ago said actually they could.

BBC Nov 2019

China's State Grid Corp has a 40% stake in the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) - which runs the country's lone power transmission line. It transmits electricity all the way from Luzon - the northern end of the country - down to Mindanao in the south.

On Tuesday, Senator Risa Hontiveros asked - given Chinese control of the NGCP - "Is it possible for our power grid to be taken down remotely?" ...(answer:)  "Given the technological advancement right now in the telecommunications as well as in software, that is possible," he said.

another problem: a lot of the technical manuals are written in Chinese (although this BBC article claims they have been translated).

many of the technicians back in 2015 were Chinese, but now we are assured that they have all left the country.

what is going on right now is a lot of brownouts, so the politicians are busy blowviating that this is due to evil China.

Except brownouts in May are normal, and may be getting worse, not beecause of evil China but because people are a lot richer than they were 20 years ago when I moved her. People are now more affluent and can buy airconditioners and the poor can afford electric fans and tvs and computers, and of course the population is growing. So there is a need for more electricity.

And since 20 percent of our electricity is hydroelectric power, which means they can't produce as much electricity when the water level is low, such as now, the end of TagInit, the dry hot season from Feb to May,  before the monsoon starts in June.

But the backstory is that some politicians are seeing this as China sort of threatening the Philippines to stop them from helping Taiwan, and trying to intimidate the Philippines when we dare to defend our islands and fishermen in the West Philippine Sea as China becomes increasingly aggressive there.

and all of this is a minor footnote to the G7 meeting in Japan this week

Manipulating the Catholic church

First Things magazine has Father Murray daring to say: That synod of synodality thing is about changing church teachings by listening to outsiders who want their sins to be seen as okay, while marginalizing believers.

The just-below-the-surface assumption here is that fidelity to the Church’s teaching needs to be re-imagined and re-worked so that various people will not feel that they are being excluded and rejected. Church teaching is put on trial. ....

The synodal process is an exercise in “platforming” the grievances of selected “Catholic” interest groups that unapologetically reject the Church’s teaching.

The claim that this out-in-the-open subversion is the work of the Holy Spirit speaking to the Church today is a gambit to insulate this revolution from criticism.

italics mine.

What is happening is an attempted power grab by those who want to change the Catholic Church’s teaching according to their worldly views about power, sex, and anything else they decide is important. That this is happening is a scandal and a disaster. We must pray that God spare us from this calamity.

And it doesn't stop there.

The latest scam by the pope is to destroy the council of bishops by salting the meeting with chosen lay people to make sure they conform to the plan.

Backstory: In a previous meeting the summary of the meeting was already written to approve of letting people in irregular marriages receive the sacraments. But the bishops were alerted to this, and rejected that part and so it had to be removed. But it was snuck in as a footnote that was overlooked when the final document was approved.

This is discussed in a recent Papal Posse discussion on EWTN.

You can see why a couple of the liberal bishops are trying to ban EWTN from their diocese, but it is still on Youtube.

Hmm... wonder how long until they are thrown off of that platform?

Gresham's law states that bad money drives out good. In today's world, this means that when an institution accepts woke policies, it will drive out the normal people, who will quietly vote with their feet.

When it comes to churches, this means that the destruction of the idea of the holy and living a holy life is being pushed out of the church in favor of woke policies, the result is that Catholicism has lost a large number of people: half to non religion, but another half to Protestant Bible churches.

And of course, it is easier to push a woke agenda against a fragmented Christianity than it is against a strong prophetic Catholic church. Hence, the many  conspiracy theories about the election of Pope Francis being a political coup by the German reformer and the StGallen mafia....

So who will stop this? The bishops or no one.

A lot of people think a schism will result, similar to what is happening in the Anglican church, where third world cardinals are saying they no longer agree with the British boss.

These church schisms have geopolitical implications.

the pushing of ecoreligion by the Pope and some bishops is diverting the church from it's role in proclaiming Christ, but also promoting the "you will eat bugs and like it" policies of the climate change leaders.

pressuring countries to get green policies by those without experise in either economics or agriculture will push policies that impoverish a lot of people in poor countries by raising the price of food, something I have written about in earlier blog posts...

And just ignore the Chinese are benefitting from this, not the children who dig for blood cobalt.

And don't get me started on the destruction of the Catholic church by China, a deal that was brokered by the pederast and now defrocked Cardinal McCarrick.

And the Pope pushing the idol of a pagan goddess pachimama will not encourage people in the Amazon to stay Catholic, but like liberation theology, (trendy marxism among the elite) will merely increase the number in Latin America joining Protestant churches.

The recent electoral successes of socialism in Latin America is partly from the loss of Catholic opposition, but also because of manipulation of elections, and because China is offering bribes all sorts of goodies to let them take over their resources.

Look Squirrel: Is the Trump scandal there to distract us?

with all the trouble in the world, most of the headlines is about Trumpiboy's payment to stop a porn star who brought a frivilous lawsuit against him (something that is routine, since court costs are more expensive than just paying off frivilous lawsuits).

So wtf is going on? From CSAN

.....this doesn't really say anything.

Question: why is the labor market lacking people wanting to work when hundreds of thousands are coming across the border? A lot of these, if not most, are coming to find jobs to support their family back home, and later if they get amnesty, bring the entire family with them to become patriotic Americans.

And how much is corruption due to people taking drugs? How many of these banks are involved in laundering drug money?

So was fraud/corruption one of the reasons behind the bank collapses, or was it just that they moved their money to banks that gave higher interest rates?

and did the large loans given out to friends of the bank, money spent to implement social policies, and money given to PC groups that interfere with politics have anything to do with the banks imploding?

What about the bitcoin fraud that caused bitcoin banks to implode? Did this have anything to do with the banks instability? And while we're at it: How did the son of professors find someone to put up his bail? Why were his parents so rich?

The economy is bad. So, did shutting down the petroleum/fracking/pipeline policies have anything to do with the imploding economy?

What about the money being spent on the War in the Ukraine? I remember an Alex Jones video a couple years ago discussing the money that disappeared there after the CIA overthrew their pro Russian president and installed people more friendly to US politicians who shall be nameless. But now, is the money being spent on weapons etc or being diverted? And why are the Yanks doing this, when Europe is nearby?

it's not just the Ukraine: The corruption in Iraq and the weapons left behind in Afghanistan amounted to a lot of money too.

And what will the US do when people start starving from bad policies

Why are the greens trying to destroy farms by raising the price of petroleum, meaning cost to run farm machinery and increasing the price of fertilizer? And what about the Middle east, when Egypt etc. loses their ability to eat with the grain from the Crimea etc. not being sent thanks to the Ukraine war?

And why the F are all those Catholic bishops and the Pope pushing "no investment in petroleum" when anyone with a lick of sense knows this means that this will make the price of food soar for the poor in the third world, not to mention that it means China and Russia and Iran etc. will benefit, since they won't pay attention to the corrupt Vatican.

Speaking of the Vatican: Now I read they will add pagan rites to make a Mayan mass. But this will mean that believing Christians will be so scandalized they will become Good Protestants. And the Catholics who miss the reverence of the mass will turn Orthodox or join the schismatic sects because they just don't find holiness in go-go masses where sermons tell them they need to obey Saint Greta, not Jesus christ.

Rant over.
