Another place of interest (to me) is this report on Liberia.
That country was a mess...and I worked there before the civil war started. Now after 20 years of chaos, there are UN peacekeepers trying to keep things settled down in the capital Monrovia, and the US has subcontracted with DynCorp to train officers for a reconstituted Liberian Army...

The UN Peacekeepers include almost 200 Philippinos.
