The British Nanny state continues to go bonkers:
now the old folks can't meet in the public library because their hot coffee might spill and hurt the kids in the next room.
and another official has decided to ban door mats as a safety hazard.

The advantage of living in the Philippines is that they can make all these trivial laws that they want to, but no one pays attention to them....

There now may be a cheap way to store hydrogen for your "green" car: Use Chicken Feathers.
apparantly carbonized chicken feathers store oxygen as well as carbon nanotubes, and they cost less.
