He was arrested for murdering the two sons of his political rival (the rival wasn't there) but somehow, under local law, the murder of our nephew (a bystander) and the two security guards doesn't count in the indictment.
and because the "complaint" didn't include our nephew, the US Embassy has been exactly no help in the matter, except to tell us to be patient and let the main family pursue the "complaint" in court.
