I'm not sure what this is about, but isn't hitting family below the belt? It should be...but Obama and Bush both had their ancestors bashed, so I guess not.

includes drug dealers using kids to smuggle or sell drugs, prostitution (where often the women take a job to be a maid, etc. and then find they are groomed as prostitutes) and organ donors/surrogate mothers, who often are paid a pittance while the "middle men" get all the money.

The western press often reads the Pope's sayings through the eyes of western culture, but he is actually speaking to those of us in the Third world, where the majority of Christians live.
