The US military has lots of people with infecious disease training, but when I read news reports they plan to set up tent hospitals , I am aghast.

When we had cholera, the patients were isolated in local schools. There are houses, schools and churches in Liberia that could be used for hospitals.  I mean, it is not a refugee camp or Afghanistan.
