education was shut down with covid (home school) and so the education system was harmed greatly.

in the meanwhile, our irrigation ditch is being cleaned so unless it rains a lot we might not be able to plant and harvest the main rice harvest this year. Luckily it has been raining quite a bit so maybe we can plow next week (usually plowing is in June so it is six weeks late).
ah but will China's war against the Philippines wreck the economy? Or are they a paper tiger?
