When they caught Gloria in a tape discussing stealing the election, it was decided that the tape was new and could not be entered into her impeachment trial...

So, instead of answering the charges, Gloria decided what Filippinos need is "charter change", to a system based on England rather than the US constitution...

Being the Philippines, this was promptly labled "Cha-Cha" (charter change)...to Con Ass (constitutional assembly).

Now GMA is stating: it was time for those opposed to moves to amend the Constitution to step back or be run over by the "Cha-cha (Charter change) train."

The real problem is not cha cha or even GMA, who like WJC claims she is the only one qualified to lead the country so it is her duty not to resign...the problem is corruption and the oligarchy that runs the place...
