No Gulf War syndrome?

One of the underreported problems of GulfWar I was that thousands of soldiers suffered from gulf war syndrome...
Yet, despite news reports of post traumatic stress syndrome in GW2 veterans, they have not seen the myalgia/neurological changes that were associated with Gulf War syndrome...

"As we don't really know what the cause of Gulf War Syndrome was, we can't be absolutely certain why we have this different result," Wessely explained.

The use of depleted uranium and pesticides and stress were common to both conflicts so are more unlikely to be the cause of the ill health experienced by the Gulf veterans, according to Wessely who reported the findings in The Lancet medical journal. But he said the combination of vaccines given to soldiers going to Iraq was different and there was more of a time lag between immunizations...."

Or it could be from low dose exposure to nerve gas, which was common (many anecdotal reports of chemical alarms going off) in Gulf war I.... some suspect that it was this, or maybe a combination of low dose nerve gas interacting with the vaccines...

Hmmm. Maybe Sadam DID send all his WMD to Syria....and maybe the bigshots who said that the soldiers were just neurotic are wrong....
