Summary: US/UK finally got the UN to affirm they need peacekeepers to stop the Muslim against Muslim genocide in the Sudan...but to do it, they had to add a priviso that Sudan agree.
But CNNInt showed the "spontaneous anti American demonstration" by Sudanese complaining about interference in their sovereignty...(hint: tyrannies don't allow "spontaneous demonstrations") and other headlines on Google show people complaining Bush isn't doing enough to stop the genocide.
