Our cable channels have ERING and TheGrid and of course Jack Bauer...and the Palenke has lots of Steven Segal and other war type movies...so although the elites tend to echo the opinions of the NYTimes (the Manila Bulletin even has a NYTimes supplement to emphasize their love) the masses still prefer kick ass marine movies...
