Bushhating Conspiracy theorists, instead of examining facts, decide Popular Mechanics is part of the conspiracy...
"...A common refrain in conspiracy circles is the claim that “We’re just asking questions.” One would think that at least some quarters of the conspiracy movement might welcome a mainstream publication’s serious, nonideological attempt to answer those questions. One would be wrong..."

On reading the recent Lancet article claiming a huge number of civilian Iraqis killed, I suspected that their numbers were biased because of sample bias (they used a GPS instead of demographically chosen samples) ...but not being a statistician or sociologist, I could only suspect...Did the MSM bother to question any experts in these fields? Naah...not that I saw anyway.

Well, IraqiBodyCount points out the lapses in the study...go read it. Guess they're joining the EvilHItlerBush conspiracy too...

Dr. Sanity has a post on the increasing derangement of the Democratic party...don't they know there is a war going on? As Bernard Lewis points out, there are enemies who wish to destroy us, but you wouldn't know it.

There are very real trends weakening western civilization. That is what Benedict XVI's speech in Regensburg pointed out. But who bothered to report that part of the speech?

Ah, but what's really important is: when did Congressman Foley email the pages.
