For the last 12 hours, the rumor on the internet was that the North Korean "bomb" was either TNT or didn't go off right....
Now even the NYTIMES is saying it might not be a full success...
What good is being a murderous dictator if you can't even get your missles to hit Japan or your A Bombs to go off right?
