Yup....sounds like AlQuada...they bombed a fiesta, to kill civilians just trying to have fun. The NPA is in the area too, but usually they don't hit common people.And even THE MILF who is trying to make a truce with the government, has denied setting the bombs.
In another town, a bomb was found and removed by a security guard so no one was killed.
What is the real worry is the Zamboanga festival coming up may be bombed.
I mean, if AlQuada hits Muslims celebrating, they'd think nothing of killing Catholics at a fiesta in honor of Mama Mary.

Another day, another volcano...this time Bulusan volcano. The good news is that Taal and Mayon volcanos are settling down.

Falling billboards injured some people in Manila during the last typhoon...now the government will Regulate them.
Reminding us of the poem:
I think that I shall never see
A billboard lovely as a tree
I think that unless billboards fall
