For Mother's day we went to the mall to eat. Joy's mom and dad were here and went with us.
They are raising a grandchild so she was here and kept Ruby company.

While at the restaurant, the election observers (fat 30ish men with ponytales and vests proclaiming their job) came in to eat. Luckily they chose the barbecue not the Pusit Adobo, which gave me food poisoning the last time we ate there.

Today is election day, so we'll probably avoid going out. Everyone is worried, especially since another candidate was shot at last night nearby. But we don't vote.

It's very hot so we stay indoors. It's starting to cloud up at night, so maybe the monsoon will come early.
