. The Catholic bishops of England agree with Smith: If a human/animal hybrid has more than a majority of human genes, it should be treated the same as a human embryo...and the woman who carries them to term is their mother.
Such things boggle the mind, but it's not the bishops fault for reminding mad scientists that the child of a human is human, even if they have some animal genes...and note that taking one or two genes is not an ethical issue.
