ingredients
1 pound dried buffalo (diced)1 cup dried currants
3/4 cup honey
3/4 cup crumbled bacon
Salt to taste
preparation
PreparationIn a mixing bowl, combine diced buffalo, currants and bacon. Pour honey sparingly over mixture, using just enough to moisten and hold ingredients together. Stir until evenly blended.
Fill miniature foil cups half way with spread. Allow cups to cool to room temperature until hardened. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator for later use.
