Celebrities who think they are entitled to transplants, never mind they are too old...

And libertarians who think buying organs is fine...

But a lot of families will worry their loved ones will be allowed to die to get organs, and as for lung transplants, such surgery is life threatening to the donor, so it is rarely done from a live donor except in cases of family giving part of a lung to a young person.

Reality check: dying at 72 used to be called dying of old age...
