The irony is that if they had closed the bathhouses that encouraged promiscuous gay sex back in 1978 when the syphillis and Entameoba Histolytica epidemics were rampant, there'd be a lot less HIV...

As for the Mullahs: Their HIV is being spread by drugs, not sex...yet they are trying to eliminate simple flirtation.
