I usually get the CSMonitor by email every day but got behind during the holidays.
However, they have a series on Pentocostalism/Charismatic explosion of Christianity in Latin America...the same thing is going on here in the Philippines...
They stress the small Pentecostal churches, but the Catholic Pentecostals (Aka charismatics) are also going full tilt...
And unlike a lot of the previous evangelization that converts by promoting Anti catholicism, this version often overlaps churches.
