well, duh

Usually the HNNBlog has leftist talking points (and for historians sometimes a lack of basic historical knowledge). but about half their articles are worth reading so I get it RSS feed.

Today they actually have a report from a security expert on the recent Supreme court decision to weaken laws against terrorism by making the standard of law during war the same as peacetime civilians.

He is the only commenter that says what I had been thinking: That in the heat of battle, more suspects will end up dead.
