Here in the south, after the Supreme Court nixed a treaty requiring more input, the MILF went on a terror spree, ethnically cleansing a provence not in their "ancestral lands"...
so now the threat of bombs etc is up, the marines have been sent in, and the locals given shotguns to defend themselves.
