The main bone of contention in this controversy is a “double entry” of P200 million on the national budget for the extension of the C-5 road. Allegations are being hurled right now at Senate President Manny Villar that his company, which is engaged in the real estate development business has benefited from certain infrastructure appropriations and projects.
The budget has lots of "double entry" items...all honest mistakes...

Sounds like the rarely used Altoona superhiway that included a special bypass so you could buy your car at the local congressman's car dealership...the highway is best known for the "tour de 'toona" bicycle race...may as well use it for bikes, since there are hardly any cars...

Problems with generic medicines hits Norway...
Fake and substandard medicine(many from China, smuggled by the same ones who smuggle heroin etc) kills millions but mostly in Asia and Africa...one of these days, after the press is tired of mocking Palin's shoes, someone will notice the problem....
