Recipe of the day



I didn't know you could marinate in coke...my husband used a variation of this recipe...he'd cover the steaks with oystersauce (check your Chinese ingredient section of the grocery store) and then grill under the broiler until they were done.

The bad news: the beef here is tough, so you cut thin, hammer it hard, marinate in soy sauce, and then fry...
If we want nice, tender steaks, you have to go to a major supermarket and buy them imported from Australia or New Zealand.
