EpiLog reminds us that January 25th was the traditional day to celebrate Robert Burn's birthday with a supper of Haggis, whiskey, and poetry reading.
Haggis is..."a sheep's heart, liver, and lungs, mince them with oatmeal, onion, pepper, spices, and salt, and boil them - traditionally in the sheep's stomach..."
