Scald milk, let it cool, add a tbsp or two of fresh yogurt that has active cultures, and then keep at 100 degrees overnight.
I used to make it, but like the discussion tended to get it too cold or too hot, so eventually I got a yogurt maker.
Here in the Philippines, they sell Yogurt drinks, so I don't tend to make my own...
