A Washington state ecology employee says that an airline won't be fined for dumping fuel.
The plane had just taken off (i.e. fully loaded with fuel) and had to make an emergency landing...the fuel was dumped to lighten the plane for safety reasons.
Great...now pilots have to worry about saving fish instead of saving passenger's lives?
