This one is not just a "ropical depression" storm with lots of rain, this is a signal four, due to hit us tomorrow afternoon.
If it follows the track, the winds will miss Manila, but of course the problem is the rain causing a repeat of the flooding.
and ABS-CBN is starting a series on the real problem behind the flooding...parts of Manila are lower than high tide...flood record PDF...and many other factors that were actually foreseen but ignored.
