Questions about that hijacked Russian ship continue...
hijackers claim they boarded the ship to ask for help...but why did they change the name of the ship?

in the Philippines, many mountain areas remain cut off...and much of the northern coast remains flooded...as those helping get through, expect the death toll to rise.
This week, the US/Phil military joint exercises are being diverted to bring aid...the US usually comes with helicopters for this training, and helicopters are badly needed to bring aid to cut off villages, and food is even being airlifted to Baguio...one highway to Baguio is open to "light" traffic, but they keep having to keep clearing mudslides.

Hopefully we will have a few sunny days to help the cleanup.
