It's headed right toward us, although right now we are only signal 1.
The government is advising folks to stay home, get in a food supply, and not travel home for All Saint's day (AKA the day of the dead, when everyone goes to the ancestral cemetary to pray and picnic). They are worried that those traveling will be stuck in the provinces after the storm.
This morning, we sent a delivery of rice to Manila (so it would arrive before the holiday). It is starting to cloud up, but no rain yet.
