Usually we used it reheated, or in sandwiches.
The carcass, we boiled to make soup, and then took out the carcass, added onions, carrots, and celery, and broad egg noodles, along with poultry spice and salt, and cooked.
When the carcass cooled off, we cut off the meat and put it back in the soup, discarding the bones.
