Last week, I read about the decline of births in Korea...ah, but some are still having children in Korea, notes the NYTimes. Many are from arranged marriages with women from other Asian countries (the Philippines and Viet Nam), and a lot of these marriages are in rural areas to older farmers or farm workers.
