NYTimes prints it's biannual article noting that the US Indian Health Service sucks.
Been there, done that. For the last 40 years,(I first worked with the IHS in 1974) the IHS has had dedicated medical personnel trying to give decent care despite inadequate out of date facilities, long hours, limited budget, and multicultural barriers.
