One problem when prosecuting genocide: Coaching witnesses.
How do they know the witnesses are "fake"? The SOB has found witnesses to claim the witnesses weren't child soldiers, or they weren't children or they weren't soldiers

How bad is the problem of child soldiers...

In 2008, the Coalition to Stop the Use of Child Soldiers reported that some 30,000 had been reintegrated back into society.
