The headline says:Exclusive: Michael Jackson's Secretive Life...
and the dirt?
The men described Jackson as an "awesome" dad who loved to spend time with his children and took them to fast food drive-throughs for Big Macs and fried chicken.

the story also notes that he loved his kids, and he dated women...

The headlines blared about 36 dead, but Ralph Peters pointed out that the real story is that Iraq held a free election, and people voted.

Heat therapy works for cutaneous leishmaniasis
---------------

Gates Foundation funding lots of things, including investigating if chocolate can be used against malaria parasites.

LATimes noted the Hurt Locker may have won because it was the type of movie Hollywood used to make: A story of real people, for grownups, not a film full of special effects and car crashes.
And one result is that the media now notices "the Heroes who inspired" the movie. link2.

more good news: Music by Prudence got the an award too. LINK
alas, they let a protester on stage to complain she was removed from the film, so the film itself, about a musician in Zimbabwe and the musicians in the group Liyana, was overlooked in the stories.

full video will be on HBO in May, but the group does have some songs on youtube:
