Too often political reports on blogs twist what was said, where it was said or done, why it was done, when it happened, and merely make up a new version about the who did it.

What is worse, TV news discussions and news reports often similarly ignore these things to make the news fit their opinions or a preconcocted story.

And that is the reason lots of folks can't rely on a single source of news, even the NYTimes.
