Tsunami stuff

DrGeorgePC's Tsunami page has photos and maps of the 1976 tsunami that hit the southern Philippines and killed 8000.


up here in the central Luzon plain, our main danger is flooding from typhoons, and of course earthquakes and dengue fever. We can see a nearby volcano from our roof (or from our farm) but it hasn't erupted in a couple hundred thousand years...just ignore those fumarols on the north side...
