this time Taal volcano is acting up. this is not unusual: it was smoking when I visited the area a couple years ago.... It's only 30 miles south of Manila....and a beautiful area that attracts many tourists.
There is a "small volcano" in the lake.. The problem? The lake is a large caldera...
