It took a couple years, and probably will cause a diplomatic problem with Pakistan, but the man who inspired, trained, and funded those behind the deaths of 117 innocent civilians in Manila when the Superferry was bombed has been killed.

Oh yes: he also was behind a bunch of terrorism in NYC, Washington DC, Nairobi, and a bunch of other places.
One of my classmates helped with the injuries at the Pentagon, so it's personal.
As a Catholic I will pray for mercy on his soul, but unlike Time Magazine, I still believe in hell.
