There have been a lot of Filipina women workers that have fled abuse in Saudi, so the gov't now requires the addresses of the ones employing the maids, and a guarantee of $400 a month wages.

The Saudis say no, and as a result there will be fewer jobs for these women (average 13000 new jobs each year).
