factoid: It's named after the 2nd Earl Grey, a PM of England and supporter of Catholic emancipation...he and his wife had 16 children, which explains why he joined others in bedding Georgiana, the Dutchess of Devonshire (who also had a child by him who was raised by Grey's parents and is the ancestor of Sarah the Dutchess of York).
