earthday brownouts? no Holyweek traffic jams

why should we turn off our lights for earthday when we have frequent rolling brownouts this time of the year?

Or maybe we should turn off the street lights so that the thieves can rob us more efficiently?

today is palm Sunday....and with Holy week, everyone who can get off goes home for the long Holy week/Easter holiday. The police are  upping security starting Wednesday when the big exodus from Manila starts.
